Scott Physical Therapy is a local, PT-owned orthopedic and sports Physical Therapy practice in Scott, Louisiana, in the greater Lafayette area. We’re currently expanding and looking to add to our growing team.

About Our Clinic:
We are a well-respected outpatient clinic specializing in orthopedic and manual therapy, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and occasional neurological conditions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and patient assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs (HEP).
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliant billing.
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical team members.
  • Supervise PT Technicians.
  • Support patient engagement and retention.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives.
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing development sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
  • Active or eligible Louisiana PT license.
  • Interest in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus (not required):
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT.
  • Manual therapy or dry needling certification.
  • Familiarity with EMR and insurance documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $73,000 – $85,000 (based on experience).
